France’s Retirement Pension Fund for Professional Air Crew in Civil Aviation (CRPNPAC) is pleased to announce:

• the acquisition of an office building at 14 rue des Pyramides in the 1st district of Paris (France). This 3,700 m2 Haussmann-style property is located in an attractive, centrally-located business district near the Opéra Garnier and Jardin des Tuileries landmarks and a stone’s throw away from the Pyramides metro station,
• the signature of a VEFA (sale of property for future completion) for its “Le Galion” building in Puteaux, France.

Above and beyond establishing CRPNPAC as a major player on the real estate market, our two most recent real estate operations, which include a comprehensive renovation of the office building at 14, rue des Pyramides in Paris to bring it up to all current societal and environmental standards and the construction of a new building which is also highly ambitious in environmental and health-related terms and features the installation of an air filtration system 3 times more efficient than the standard and the creation of a courtyard garden and more than 1,000 square meters of outdoor areas right at the center of the La Défense business district, certified as a High Quality Environmental Standard Sustainable Building at the highest efficiency level, are a momentum booster for our CSR program.
