CRPN is governed by a Board of Directors made up of employer and member representatives.
- 11 employer representatives appointed by decree by France’s Ministry in charge of civil aviation,
- 11 member representatives elected for five years, on 5 committees including a pensioners’ committee.
The president and vice-president are elected from among the members of the Board.
A Government commissioner representing France’s Minister in charge of Social Security as well as a representative of France’s Minister in charge of civil aviation attend Board proceedings.
