How to sign up for a personal account
Employer’s account password:
Once your registration is complete, you will receive a permanent password in the mail.
Employee’s and pensioner’s account password:
As part of the registration process, you will need to activate the link that was sent to your email address (previously registered with CRPN), then choose and enter a password of at least 8 characters, and re-enter to confirm. This password must only be used for your secure area on the CRPN portal.
We recommend:
- that you select a password that is easy for you to remember but difficult for anyone else to guess. For example, it should not contain your children’s or other family members’ names or dates of birth, etc.
- that you not write your password down on paper or save it to your computer.
- that you not disclose your password to anyone else, by any means whatsoever (this includes in person, over the phone, by email, or by listing it on a form).
- that you make sure to log out of the site once you have finished checking your personal information, particularly if you use our online services from a cybercafé or another public place.
- that you change your password whenever you have a change in family circumstances.
If you believe at any time that your password may have been compromised, make sure to change it through your personal account. Just go to the “Personal information” section and click on the “Change your password” button.
