Satisfaction survey: your opinion matters!

With a desire to continuously improve the quality of its services, the CRPN wishes to gather the opinions of its affiliates and pensioners about its website.

Please take a few minutes to complete a survey, available until 31 December 2021.


The survey has the aim of measuring the satisfaction of flight crew with the website, as preferred method of exchange and communication.

To best meet the needs of affiliates and pensioners, in the exceptional context of health crisis, the CRPN has enhanced its services and secured the data and results of its processing.

Following these 18 months of increased frequency of use, it seems important to measure whether the user’s expectations are met by the service offered.


This survey is twofold: once in the public space, the other in the personal account, and the results are anonymous. In each, it takes very little time to respond, and you can stop at any time without losing your first responses.

Public space survey

  • After identifying your profile, you will be asked 4 simple questions about your use of the website.


Personal space survey

  • These questions correspond to the services you use, according to your profile. The survey can be accessed either on the dashboard, or at the end of each of the services you use,
  • Once you have completed the survey, it will not be offered to you again.

Analysis of the responses gathered will enable the CRPN to make the necessary adjustments so its website is always a high-performing tool working for flight crew.
