The personal data recorded from your responses is processed electronically by the CRPNPAC, as the data controller, for the purpose of calculating your CRPN pension. In accordance with European Regulation No. 2016/679/EU of 27 April 2016 and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, relating to data processing and civil liberties, you have the right to be informed about, access, rectify and erase your personal data, as well as the right to restrict the processing of your data. Furthermore, you have the right to define guidelines for the fate of your data after your death. If, after contacting the data protection officer, you feel that your data protection rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
